The best way for moving in Dubai is by sea, with a yacht or with an “abra”, a traditional boat. The streets, in fact, are generally crowds.
The yacht is generally considered a luxury boat, like those that can be seen in the Dubai ports but it is a ship that can be of very different lengths, prices and values. In particular, we can identify these types of yacht:
-day sailing yacht: a yacht of small dimensions, perfect for trips of few days, especially daily trips. It is the cheapest yacht and is generally tailored on the wants of the future owner;
-weekender sailing yacht: it is a yacht perfect for trips of some days, it hosts a bedroom where people can sleep but it is too small to be used for long trips;
-cruiser yacht: an holiday yacht, generally of big dimensions. It is generally expensive and the furniture is much more finished than that of the previous two types of yacht;
-racing yacht: it is a speed yacht that is used in boat races like the Confederation Cup.
For visiting Dubai by sea you can rent a yacht or own your yacht. Many components of the yacht, like the yacht steering wheel and the sail, are highly customisable in terms of materials and design. This components can be bought separately from the yacht and easily replaced. In Dubai, as in many sea destinations, there are shops where you can buy boat accessories, that can be bought also online.
Moving with a yacht in Dubai allows to you to see all the wonderful Dubai's beaches, some of them is public and it is perfect for relaxing and swimming. Other beaches are private but can be accessible after having payed a ticket. Viewing Dubai by sea you can also appreciate the Dubai's luxurious monuments, cities and building that are known worldwide.
If you want to suspend your yacht trip and want to see the cities, the monuments and the beaches afoot, you can left the yacht in one of the many Dubai's ports. Dubai owns also two main ports, that are also commercial ports: Port Rachid and Port Jebel Ali.
